Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

 
Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Canada: Standard (5–10 business days)

  • United States: Standard (7–14 business days) 

  • International: Standard (10–21 business days) 

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, and destination.

 
Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
     

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Return & Exchange Policy

At VH Goalie Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hockey goalie apparel. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 
Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 
Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item once we receive your original product.

  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

 
Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

 
U.S. Orders

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance, custom, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
